Role: Marketing & Outreach Intern

At Spilt Milk Nannies—a local, women-owned nanny agency—I built the organization’s first comprehensive marketing foundation to support both sitter recruitment and family outreach.

Key Contributions:

  • Brand Voice & Content Strategy:
    Developed a consistent brand voice guide, content pillars, and messaging strategy that reflected the company’s core values.

  • Outreach & Campaign Planning:
    Researched and compiled over 100 key community outreach locations for 5 different branches for both parent and sitter audiences.

  • Template & Calendar Creation:
    Created reusable templates for flyers, social posts, and email outreach, and built a 6-month content calendar aligned with seasonal themes and engagement goals.

  • Social Media Strategy:
    Proposed a scalable, beginner-friendly social media procedure to help the founder manage content more consistently, with community engagement procedures, post prompts, and story ideas.
